Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil March 27, 1958; admitted to Florida bar 1983. Education: University of Florida (B.A., with Honors, 1980), University of Miami (J.D., Cum Laude, 1983); Special Features: Editor for the Lawyer of the Americas, International Law Review, 1982-1983. Author: Doing Business in the United States, Florida Review, 1987-1988; Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce, President 1990, Director 1989 - Present; Chairman of International Law Section Committee for Foreign Legal Consultancy Rule, 1989-1992; Secretary FIABCI Miami Branch 1989-1990; Member of American Bar Association; Languages: Spanish and Portuguese. Mr. Slosbergas has received his LLM in Taxation from the University of Miami and is a partner in the law firm of Weiss Serota Helfman Cole Bierman a full service law firm with 4 offices in the state of Florida.

Rita Salgado is a native of Brazil. She has been working with Nelson Slosbergas P.A. since March 2014 as Corporate Legal Secretary assisting in the Corporate Department. Prior to joining Nelson Slosbergas P.A., Ms. Salgado previously worked for over 25 years at Gillette do Brasil Ltda., first as an Administrative Professional in Rio de Janeiro and later as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President of the Company when their Headquarter was transferred to São Paulo. Ms. Salgado is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Fabiana Pricladnitzki is a Brazilian attorney who graduated in 2006. She holds an LL.M. in International and Business Law from Université de Montreal, Canada (2010). In 2012 she got a certificate in Business Management at the University of Toronto. Fabiana has lived in Canada and Switzerland before moving to Miami and has acquired vast international experience. She has worked for the Brazil Canada Chamber of Commerce and the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish and speaks French and German. Currently, she is working at NS Company Services in the Compliance Team.

Judith Lea Adler is from Brazil, is bachelor in Business Management, with specialization in Marketing. She earned her degree in Brazil in 1987, worked in the advertisement and insurance industry for 25 years. She got her Master in Leadership at Nova Southwestern University in 2016 and has received her Paralegal degree  in 2019 via Miami Dade College. Judith has been working in NS Corp as Client Relations since 2016 and since 2017 she is assisting the clients with the Accounting Service

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Renata Canteras has joined NS Company Services’ Compliance Team in November 2021. She has previously worked at BBAmericas as an administrative assistant while helping the customer service department. She also worked for Ocean Bank as a POA (personal banking assistant) in the wealth and management department. Renata is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
